We stopped here on a Thursday morning while on a trip to Caprock Canyon and Palo Duro Canyon State Parks. The food was great and the service was awesome! My husband and I had the breakfast plates and my son had the pancakes, which he said I 'm pretty sure these are the BEST pancakes I 've ever had! .
