Order number 233587. Cashier was paisa Esperanza who clearly can’t hear so well. I asked for my criss cut fries to be well done but instead I got cold soggy fries. Terrible service and attention to detail. How hard is it to give customer fresh food? Even at 10pm when there is nobody there but me.
