Celebrated my wife's birthday. Went with the prime rib, all three of us ordered medium, all came out well. Two sent back, one came back very rare, other was medium. We expect steakhouse restaurants to do better. Shannon, our server did everything she could to make things right. We'll go back, but no more prime rib. read more.
