"Great experience. The salted caramel ice cream was superb! Scoops are big! I should've gotten a kiddie size haha. The waffle cone wasn't the best I've tasted, but it was okay. They were making fresh cones while we were there, which was awesome! Will go again!"

"Mitchell’s Fish Market is a chain seafood restaurant. For seafood it is moderately priced, efficient full service. We sat at the bar table not realizing, one of the 2 bartenders will have to wait on you. There’s are at least 8 tables and 15 bar seats for 2 people to take care of so the service when busy is not the fastest or most attentive. That would be my biggest complaint but the restaurant is usually not super busy. However the food is always fresh and tasty. We had the spinach dip and crab cakes as appetizers. They both were a pleasant surprise. Not salty. Fresh crab and a delicious sauce. I ordered the sea bass with ponzu and sticky rice. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I could put these dishes against any top notch high end seafood restaurant anytime. The salmon was also just as good. Sea scallops were very fresh and sizable. I had the white sangria also and it was a refreshing happy cocktail. Worth the money and good enough to still give it 5 stars despite slow service."

"Hurstbourne-Louisville KY My Mom had been wanting Famous Dave's for weeks so I placed an online order at 12:14 on Mother's Day for a 3:30 pick up. I didn't get there until 4. When I got there several people was waiting and complaining that their online order was not ready and of course mine wasn't either. They told me it would be another 40 minutes at which time I asked for the manager. I told him I had people coming at 5 and I couldn't wait for 40 more minutes. He began to yell and tell me I don't understand the industry and they had 6 cooks call in. I said I'm not yelling at you and you will not yell at me. All of this is unexceptional and unprofessional. just prepare my food so I can get home to my guess and I won't be back. He then took it personal and yell so now your going to take it out on me. I told him this is not your company so I'm taking it out on them. My food was ready in 20 minuted. I will not go back there, the service was horrendous. If you can't provide a service then shut the online ordering down on busy days. I could've just went and ordered then waited. Be prepared to wait or get yelled at!!!!"
