"Having read all the glowing reviews of this restaurant, we spent half an hour on a Saturday afternoon walking round the block trying to find it. At the location on the map, there is only a sushi bar. If this is a genuine restaurant, then Trip Advisor need to check on the address and map location they show. I am not convinced it exists a shame."

"Pessoal muito simpático, comida mediana tirando o arroz que estava cozido de mais ou a qualidade não era a melhor, eu comi um bitoque de vaca que vinha bem servido.Não é um lugar que aconselharia a um amigo em passeio mas para desenrascar servia. É complicado quando temos termos de comparação, como já comi em outros lugares pela mesma quantia e com mais qualidade por isso fica aqui a minha opinião. Normalmente tiro fotografias este foi um lugar que não me marcou."

"The walk to the restaurant had us worried that; we wouldn't find it, and it might be closed. Having found it (the proper entrance is front near the water, versus back side of opposite street) it was open and upstairs found a...lovely restaurant setting that offered the freshest fish along with a warm and hospitable staff. Service was very good, and although there was a slight language barrier, it didn't stop any of us from understanding the most important thing.. great food, fresh deliciously prepared fish (Sea Bream and Dory) along with freshly baked breads and a cod fish appetizer."

"It seems we were lucky to get a table at lunchtime despite not having made a reservation. Most of the guests seemed to be regulars on their lunch break. The daily lunch menu comprised around ten dishes, as a non-meat eater the grilled sardines seemed the safest option for me. Theory ion was generous, six rather large fish, obviously too much to eat in one session. They had been sprinkled with salt before grilling which made them rather dry (I prefer fish that way). Boiled potatoes in their skin and said unremarkable. The house white was barely drinkable, best to order beer or just water. Glad I tried it but can't follow the high rating other reviewers have given O Galo."
