"Tried Catalonian food for the first time at Gaig and it was outstanding. My photos really don't do them justice, but the cold tomato soup with jamon ice cream and fideua with carabinero prawns were excellent. I especially loved the fideua. We also tried the stuffed pigeon, cannelloni, txangurro, crispy bread, and Catalonian creme brulee. They were all fantastic. The sangrias were also really delicious (both red and white). Beyond the food, the service and setting were also excellent, homey, and unpretentious. This will definitely be one of our go-to places for a special occasion."

"The risotto was chewing so that the rice was not boiled. but the pizza was great, we asked for the cheese in the margherita pizza to switch to daiya against fee. I also recommend the Apple tab."

"Lovely experience. Good service and attentive staff. Well deserved Michelin star with the food. Has fantastic courses paired with champagne. Air- conditioning is way too cold and freezes everyone. Any warm dish turns cold too quickly. Dessert was also a star and did not let down the entire course of dinner. Felt the staff could have been more confident in introducing each course."

"It's already the 3rd time I've tried and I'm still loving it! The richness of the soup just lingers in my mouth making me craving for it whenever someone talks about prawn mee. Especially the recent hype on instagram got my cravings hooked up again so decided to drop my review here before i head for another trip their menu has a variation of prawn mee. From soup to dry, from yellow noodle to kway teow/ bee hoon, from normal prawn size to jumbo prawn and also 大虾白米粉! Not only they serve quality food, the ambience definitely contributed to my bias! Clean and friendly staffs to serve you. Enjoy your atas local food! Oh, and not to forget, their salted egg chicken and fresh apple/lime juice! My must order sides whenever I'm there, salted egg chicken especially!! kids friendly restaurant too! I went there with 5 adults 2 kids and 2 babies. The staffs are always so friendly and welcoming"

"Before I traveled to Singapore, I did a little survey with my friends who had been there before to see which restaurant has the best Hainan Chicken. I got about 50/50 vote for Tian Tian and Boon Tong Kee. And I tried both Boon Tong Kee won by miles. Hainan Chicken Rice: I was blown away by the taste of their chicken. It 's super soft yet tender hard to explain , super moist, and with strong chicken smell meaning it doesn 't have a frozen smell sometimes you may experience if the chicken isn 't well prepared . You have to try it in person to understand how it felt. The rice, although it looks like regular steam rice, it has a strong chicken taste; not very moist but if you eat with the chicken it will be the best combination. 馬拉盞 Belacan Vege: another great dish. The chef cooked it very well; fresh vege and nice smell similar to shrimp paste. Very good to go with rice. Coffee Ribs: I heard it is a famous cooking method although it was the first time I tried. Very unique; it does have a strong coffee smell. Personally I like coffee a lot so this dish was another wonderful one. Crab Meat Fish Stomach Soup: pretty amazing again; a lot of crab meat and fish stomach, the soup itself can make you full. Well cooked. Definitely Boon Tong Kee is the restaurant I look forward to the most when I go Singapore again. It is a chain store with 4 5 restaurants; did a bit of map research and this location is probably the easiest accessible one for tourists staying in downtown. Right next to subway station, and Singapore Subway map is pretty self explanatory too. I can 't wait to go again!"
