Well Grand Mercure Roxy, you've done it again thank you so very much for taking good care of us during our stay. My husband I absolutely love staying at this Hotel. From check-in, our interconnecting rooms on the 12th floor (my mum joining us on this trip), concierge, reception staff, late check-out to 3pm, all was seamless, friendliness, professionalism ... absolutely wonderful.
