Chance upon this place known for their affordable Japanese don and Salmon rolls. Ordered their signature salmon roll which comes up to 4 pieces to try. Good for a quick bite. The sushi rice is fluffy and delicious. The flame charred salmon and salmon roe topping tasted fresh and flavorful. The whole roll is simply made perfectly, firm and just at the right texture.
