Soup Restaurant at Compass One serves delicious Chinese cuisine. The Signature Samsui Ginger Chicken was enjoyed with crunchy lettuce and sesame oil ginger dip. The mostly chicken breast meat was tender and completely deboned. We ordered two spicy dishes Spicy Tofu with Minced Pork, and Black Pepper Tiger Prawns. The tofu went well with steamed rice. Really enjoyed the yummy food served at this Soup restaurant and the excellent service provided by Lee Ming and her staff.

"Easily one of our favourite Bak Ku Teh stalls to visit in SG. Savoury pepper broth with hints of garlic (thankfully not too strong). The pork ribs were tender, organs were clean and cooked to perfection (just don’t leave it in the broth too long to prevent it from overcooking). Special mention to the peanuts, which were exceptionally soft and tasted like it was braised from scratch, instead of store-bought canned peanuts. We also had BuZhiXiang tea that went paired well with the meal. Highly recommend for its BKT!"

"Came here for birthday celebration. Their pig knuckles are ready boom, the crispy pork skin like crackers, flavour is booming. Lamb chop is good. Lobster porridge just so so. Cheese platter very good for sharing. Half meter is good for 4 to 5 packs if you are trying different food from the menu. The atmosphere is good."
