What Na N likes about Stella:
Friend booked the place couple weeks ago. U must request to be seated at the deck and dine around 6pm to see sunset! (Make sure you check weather; if it's raining, reschedule) So menu is new compared to friends' last visit a year ago. What Jeannie L doesn't like about Stella:
4-stars for the view, but seriously 2-stars for the food. This is an outdoor bar and restaurant located within the National Service Resort Country Club (NSRCC) boat house grounds. It's an amazing place to hang out and kick back with a couple of drinks to enjoy the sea view, sea breeze and be generally far away from Singapore's crowded malls and city area. Unfortunately, the food is inconsistent and ordinary, there's nothing to shout about. The view and relaxed seaside atmosphere keeps me coming back. Getting here on public transport is challenging, so I'd recommend ride sharing or taxi.
