Aesthetically pleasing, fresh ingredients and the menu that the chef has curated is definitely master-class level. There is a unique taste with the sushi rice that connected perfectly well. One of our favourite is the Hotate scallop . Head chef Shintaro-san has definitely up the level of Ayumu. View all feedback.
