When we moved to another part of the city, we did not visit it for 2 years. since my dear friends had interest in visiting this little boutique run, we decided to pay a visit. it became a wow (surprise) dinner for all of us. all 5 dishes had wow effect. it looks Italian (as it is based on Italian food), but it tastes completely different. the chef fits to such different tasts and aromen that we could not imagine it works. it is used to prepare the ingredients for the meal. white choclete canelloni with crab, polnta with parmigiano water cloged by art jelly of totato water (super taste) (we never eat polnta, it does not taste), etc. and Sicilian white wine had perfect match with all dressed.
A pleasure for taste buds. each bet is sublimated by a great artist of the kitchen. a menu, two choices of wine. a menu, renewed every three weeks and never repeated. that to please in infinite. the price 100 euros per person all included is at the height of this waltz of gustative sensations worthy of a star. We dine in a small committee, a dozen people, and in the artist's only company! alive!
After moving to a different part of the city, we did not visit this restaurant for 2 years. However, when our friends expressed interest in trying out this charming little eatery, we decided to give it a shot. To our surprise, it turned out to be a fantastic dinner experience for all of us. Each of the 5 dishes we tried had a wow factor. While the menu has an Italian influence, the flavors and presentation were completely unique. The chef has a talent for combining different tastes and aromas in ways we never could have imagined. Standout dishes included white chocolate cannelloni with crab and polenta with parmigiano, served with artichoke jelly and tomato water. Despite our initial skepticism about the polenta, it ended up being a delightful surprise. The Sicilian white wine we ordered paired perfectly with each dish. Overall, a truly memorable meal that exceeded our expectations.
