"We by pure coincidence read an article about the restaurant in a brochure in Ovronnaz and decided to visit the restaurant for dinner. The dinner and service was excellent. The dinner consisted of 6 dishes with a very balanced wine menu that fitted the dishes. The service at the table was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. The menu was based on products from the region including use of wild plants in ways we hadn't experienced yet. We will use that in our own kitchen. Bon vent au Soleil."

"La Maya is located against the Trabanta ski lift at Les Collons. We had dinner several times with our family at the restaurant. The wine card is balanced (Amarone) and the filet on a hot plate recommandabele. They could do some more regard the furniture and lights. Overall: very fine restaurant!"
