as a visitor of the opposite we were very welcome. traditional pub, excellent pint of guinness and even our dog was sought!
a great pint, fun atmosphere and friendly local characters. a visit worth when they are in the beautiful place kildysart.

"I emailed ahead to see could I bring my friends jack Russell with us. It was no problem. Greeted by a lovely young barman who gave us a great and varied menu. We ordered 3 mains all I can say is we licked the plates the roast beef was tender , bacon and cabbage was so tasty my daughter had toasted sandwich,chips and salad the coleslaw was homemade and tasty. The deserts were crumble and sticky toffee pudding they were amazing. All I can say is we will be back and I give it a 5star plus for service and food."

"Was in the adjacent temple gate hotel. So decided to eat here. I'm glad I made it! the food was delicious (large caesar salad! and the staff was very friendly and attentive, although it was a very busy Friday night. they look forward to my return when I visit ennis again."
