Panera Bread - Feedback

I went there with friends for a nice lunch. The staff was nice but the food was not good. I ordered a turkey deli sandwich and the bread was dry....

They gave us our rolls no butter, no knife, and on a plate too large to fit in the microwave. I sure miss the Panera on Hamilton.

Great service. Great food. Employees were very helpful and food was delicious.
