I usually go to the caribou inside Hy-Vee on 57th and Cliff. A couple of the baristas seem 'meh ' about being there but for the most part I get warm greetings and smiles. I don 't venture too far from my iced coffee but it 's delicious every time. View all feedback.

I had a free drink on my rewards program and the guy checking me out kept saying it was a free size upgrade. Later I called the perks customer service and they said it was redeemed but gave it back to me anyway. It was great tasting but maybe use a different location for perks. His mistake cost me $5.
