What Crystal likes about Jacky's:
The food has always been amazing when we stop at this location. Comes out hot. Great portions. Awesome flavors. Some staff members make this a 4-star instead of 5-star. For the love of Pete, please check on us for refills, at the very least!! We had to shoot flare guns and wave flags before we got our server back over to ask him for refills. What Jess Diltz doesn't like about Jacky's:
Went in with my family, got seated and was given chips and salsa. No drinks and no waiter or waitress for 30 mins. In fact no one came at all and we ended up just walking out. A bday party was going on and they seated other people who all got waited on. Bragged about this place and when we went terrible service. So disappointed! read more.
