What Paul Hanekom doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
Been visiting Texas Roadhouse since 2014. The last few years the quality at Sioux Falls Texas Roadhouse has definitely declined. I don't know why they ask how you want your steak done as it is always well done even if you ask medium rare. I guess the biggest reason is that their steaks are so thin that by the time you get a sear on the outside it is well done inside. I have been to others in Texas, Maine, Nevada and... "We went around the city and discovered this little place. it looked out, fancy, and we decided in! it is beautiful and all baked looked amazing. my wife loves macaroons so we two of them for a total of about 5. with my first bite I was not too impressed, but the second. phenomenal. the salted caramel macaron of ch patisserie will be my favorite time. the best I ever had! we will be sure to stop at our next visit and the fancier and more expensive dessert!"

"The food we had was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. However, there was some miscommunication. We were under the impression that we would be served a five course meal, but when we chose our meals, we only got one plate. While our plates were delicious, we were a bit disappointed that we didn't get the entire experience. The plates we ordered were very small, so several courses were necessary we left hungry. The ordering process was not explained to us, but the food we did have was great."

"Steak was good prime angus beef cooked the way I asked. Salmon was dry though. Waitress forgot to give us the specials until we asked and didn't come by often to check if we needed anything, when I did. Very crowded and and noisy setting if you are looking for a setting more personal."
