In breakfast you have a menu to prepare the dish you want, in addition to the extensive buffet where you can find cakes, sweets and salty, and even an area to make your own juice with fruits and vegetables. What Maggiore Damico doesn't like about Akademia Open Kitchen:
Restaurant of the Hotel Una One. Not quite at the height of the setting that is rather chic and new kitchen ... but the kindness of the staff largely compensates these small drawbacks. In the end I imagine that we can eat better for less expensive in Syracuse but its proximity to the hotel only makes if you have the trick to take back the car you can try the experience.
