on our arrival they specified that their specialty was meat, so we did not hesitate and asked them to advise us. Unfortunately we were recommended non-Italian meats like Argentine and Irish so we were a bit disappointed because we wanted to taste typical local meat. Good organic rosè wine for local luck.
