Dragon is an upscale restaurant in the beautiful setting of the Hilton hotel in Istanbul. Problem is the food is not good at all and pricy which is expected for the location. The chicken soup was OK the egg rolls and wontons were bad. However worst off all was the Crispy chicken with garlic and ginger sauce.
