Just ask them what an iced latte is... I 'll save you the time. They use cold brew instead of espresso. The owner 's husband was sitting at a table arguing with my wife who has been a barista for 14 1/2 years about how espresso and cold brew essentially produce the same result. "Owen is such a great addition to the restaurant. He makes you feel like you 're dining at his home. Always rounding and checking in. Not in an intrusive way. He 's also very entertaining. Waitstaff are exceptional: prompt, communicative, not overly chatty, genuine. The food: fresh, delicious, unique, portions are solid. I dig the no reservation line up.
