Uptown Beer Garden At The Northern Grill

Started out bad and just continued to get worse. The 4 small plastic glasses brought out for water were all dirty and sticky. We had to ask for new ones, then we saw our waitress looking through all the glasses and putting a lot of them in the dirty dishes bin. Other patrons were also asking for new glasses. The okie dokie artichokie dip was horrible. It tasted like warmed up mayonnaise. When we said something before taking another bite our waitress said well, it 's a house recipe. And the small bowl it came in held less than a half a cup. Very meager portion and just not good at all. We don 't plan to come back here and we will tell others not to also.

The selection was limited, inside dining room was closed, patio dining was limited and all the patio tables and benches were mesh. benches were uncomfortable on bare legs, drinks would not sit upright on the tables. with my daughter-in-law's allergies and my food sensitivities it was difficult finding something to order. The order was not correct when it came out and the hot sandwiches were on the cool side.

This is a great choice for burgers, pizza, e.t.c. Great, traditional Chicago style pizza isn 't the easiest thing to find in Door Co. They nail it here though, from the crust up. Very flavorful. Service was excellent, atmosphere is clean and what you 'll expect for a place named Northern Grill. Outdoor patio is nice as well, with games. Relaxed and quiet because it 's a block or so of the beaten path of hwy 42.

Everyone had a great meal and generous portions. The tuna Caesar salad was excellent. Moscow mule one of the best. Great service from our waitress.

We love Northern Grill! It is a must visit every time we are in town. Their pizza is great but we also love their fish fry and their turkey reubens. And definitely try the **** Mary. Their staff is excellent and friendly.
