La Nouvelle Citadelle - Sisteron

The map is simple, we took burgers, they are very classic but good! Steak is good and cooking is respected. The service is fast enough, and the servers are smiling and pleasant. On the other hand, we did not find it very professional that the boss (we imagine) speaks badly to the young servers in front of the customers!

We did not sleep on site but we tested the restaurant and found the ratio of quality correct price, especially when taking into account the frame and the view. Managers are welcoming and employees at the top. Thank you!

A globally good quality hotel located in front of the citadel, at the entrance of the old town. No problem to park. For unveiled customers, the bus station is a 5-minute walk away, with the railway station being a little further away (15 minutes walking). The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped (with a practical mini-frigo). Breakfast is good and varied. Only problem encountered, a very bad phonic insulation in the room windows (which overlooks the pedestrian street). People are heard at the restaurant terraces, as if the window is open (impossible to close the eye before 1am)

Nice little restaurant with small shaded terrace with very beautiful view. The burger was Top!
