Ashmo's from Sitka Menu

What User likes about Ashmo's:
I met Ashley in 2005 when she was manager of a fishing lodge. Her cooking was the main reason I stayed with that lodge until it closed. When she set up Ashmo's I was delighted to find that her culinary talents were undiminished. I make it a point to eat and chat with her on every trip to Sitka. I have to break this down a little....these girls are very on top of their service and the pricing. They were very friendly on the phone and in person. Menu items are fair priced. Although I found the flavors good, I would like to see a more refined offering. The Mac and cheese could be a less dry with more salmon flavor.
