Possibly the worst organized McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered a single espresso at 09.01 on a Saturday morning, and it took them no less than 14 minutes to prepare it. All the while, staff were standing around looking at each other with confusion. It was not busy at all, not inside and not in the drive through. read more.
