"This restaurant is a gem! Presentation, concept, food and drinks are exceptional and incredibly delicious. The food is completely vegan and is complemented with a wide accompaniment of drinking options, which can either be paired with a menu or enjoyed on their own. The sake selection deserves special attention, as there is a possibility to get the perfect sake with the corresponding food from the menu. This is now one of our favorite places in Oslo."

"Excellent food and excellent service! Plain and simple! They served me the best foie gras I 've ever had; the pairing with ginger is a stroke of genious! I also had the veal 'en crouton ' which was absolutely amazing. The snowball for dessert topped the meal off brilliantly. The sommelier made spot-on wine pairings for all the courses, making the meal come together perfectly! The staff are very knowledgeable and service-minded and made this a perfect evening for me. An obvious Michelin star candidate in my opinion."
