the owner is very helpful and will tell them honestly what chocolate vegans are, including consciously derived from very obscure animal products. he asked openly how I felt about knochenkohl and I appreciated how familiar he was. there are no tons of options, but they could put together a beautiful gift box, or a piece or two for themselves easily sneak! I was so excited to come here, but then very disappointed. the service was very friendly and knowledgeable, but this is really not a place for vegans. only 1 chocolate, the mandelrind, is vegan, at this whole place. It was really disappointing to go there and find out. I ordered some products from them after seeing their English toffee being made on a television show. My order arrived quickly, and the products were delicious.
