I placed an online order for next-day delivery from the Skokie location. After completing my order, I received an email confirming both the order and a delivery window of 10 AM to 4 PM. The next day, I had someone at home waiting for the delivery, but no one arrived. These are so tasty and fresh. Fabulous frosting, friendly people. Yummy.
This store is amazing and the staff is second to none! Because of the difference in time from where I’m deployed, I missed the 24-hour prior window for ordering personalized cakes. This meant I was going to miss giving my wife her favorite bday cake : After I told this to the owner, she offered to drive the cake to my wife herself. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Highly recommend you try their cakes! Thanks again Skokie staff!!!
