Ikea - Slacks Creek

Shout out to Licette for being so incredible today! I hired a wheelchair and she was wonderful. As a young person I often get funny looks about wheelchair hire even though I use a cane no trouble at all in IKEA. Licette held my cane in the store room while I used the chair, then came with me to the carpark so that I could wheel down instead of walking with my cane. She also made sure to point out the lifts. Incredible service, so accommodating, and the store is very accessible! Well done, IKEA!

Love Ikea We always have fun and it’s a great catch up place, have a cheap snack and all the homewares are great .... you always find a bargain .... I love walking through it

The staff was amazing today.... went there alone and quite pregnant but the staff was happy to help me load the furniture onto my trolley, direct me to the loading zone when I got lost in the parking lot... and even helped load up the car, didn't have to lift a thing. Great staff from the help desk, tellers, trolley staff to porters. Only issue is there is way too much cool stuff to buy, my wallet suffered today

Crowded as but was great Half of Brisbane and the Gold Coast must have been there. Their knife prices are excellent

I’ve been here only a couple of times as we don’t have one in Coffs Harbour, great experience and the eatery was awesome for breakfast. Staff very friendly
