"I have visited the restaurant twice: the kitchen is rather simple and classic, but with very good quality ingredients and cooked with refinement. The staff is very friendly and committed. The pepper steak with home-made fries is an excellent choice."

"As part of dining week 2020 I tried Støvlet Katrine`s pop up in Bisserup and I must say I left disapointed. So did my partner. Had expected much more. The poached Hake did have a we bit of flavour, main was panfried chicken breast with a variation of celiarc. The dish looked like Casper the friendly ghost. Only the sauce with pernod had some actual flavour. Dessert was on the card described as a dark chocolate panacotta. Look at the pic and tell me if you find it. The panacotta had been whipped with What tasted and looked like marabou milk chocolate. Decided on the wine menu. Red for the chicken to ad flavour and a Yarden dessertwine with the panacotta. Said yes to a refill when offered. Turned out then that the wine menu doubled in price. The whole experience made me decide I dont need to visit when they reopen again in Sorø after the fire."
