The last 2 times my family and I have been to Mellow Mushroom we have left disappointed. Sadly, the food has tasted old and not fresh the last 2 times. One time I got a salad and the lettuce as well as toppings seemed a few days past what could have been “okay” to serve and I barely got any chicken on the salad.
