"We are regulars here! Imo best sushi in Slidell and for 16.95 you get a soup, salad, and 3 rolls off the dinner menu! Picture is of 2 Travis rolls and the Shrimp roll! Side of spicy mayo! And of the Miso soup! I can honestly vouch for the Travis roll, it has crab, crawfish, and avocado! Ask to be seated at John?s section, he?s been our server for several years now and never disappointed us!"

"Arrived at 1120 for our 11:30 reservations. Were told there were 2 seatings ahead of us, and we could wait at the bar. We sat at the bar for 15 mins, waiting for service, bartender was by himself, he was Preparing drinks for the entire restaurant. We were then told we could sit there and wait for drinks but tab could Not carry over to table and table was now ready. We opted to be seated. Which turned out to be a very small table on the other side of the bar. All staff appeared to be very busy, hustling around a busy outdoor dining area. A young lady came and took drink order and appetizer order after about 10 mins and scurried off. Outdoors was busy, but not full. Our table was on the direct path from the kitchen and bar to the outdoor seating. Heavy traffic area. Appetizers were the chargrilled oysters, good and the spinach dip with seasoned crackers. Nice, but lacked a true flavor. Drinks were good. Turned out the bar tender was also working as our waiter. My Husband had chicken and waffles. The Waffle was crisp and light, very tasty, the chicken strips were plan. I had the Boudin Eggs Benedict. Was very good other than poached eggs were over done, yolk was semi soft at best. Presentation was well done. All staff were friendly but seemed rushed the entire time. Outdoor area looked lovely. Where we were seated we could not hear the music outside. Overall food was good, setting outside was cute, would definitely ask to be seated there if we ever go back. Consider having a small outdoor drink service area or more staff ??"

"We come to Louisiana to eat?this place is a hidden gem! Everything we got was ah-mazing! Some of the best pizza-boys we?ve ever had! The French bread is baked fresh daily and is SO good! Clean, family friendly and helpful service. We?d eat here weekly if we lived in the area!! We suggest getting an order of the onion rings to share with the po-boys."

"Started off with the crab cakes (9/10). They were very good however lacked it crab flavor. More bread and sause than anything but still a very nice flavor. The salads were as advertised, nothing the really write about there. For an entrée, I ordered the lasagna (7/10). The only flavor I could pick up was the marinara with the other ingredients providing more texture than flavor. My wife had the chicken parm (9/10). Pasta and chicken was cooked perfectly with the only complaint was the sauce being alittle too runny. Finally, for dessert, I ordered the tiramisu (10/10). The bold expresso flavor was absolutely delicious and paired with the creamy texture made it a prefect end. The wife ordered the chocolate confusion (10/10). The only complaint was it was a tab bit rich but very delicious none the less. Service was up to par and I would be bring visiting family here."
