Jack's - Slocomb

Tasty food at very reasonable prices. The burgers are very good, but their shakes are fantastic! They are hand scooped with real ice cream and are as good as they come.

It so nice to have a place in town that we can go to not have to drive but about a mile. The food is hoof

The food was good but had to much salt in it for me.

I grew up with Jack's in my community. Therefore I was really happy to see it come to the wiregrass area of Alabama. But something needs to be done about the customer service at the Slocomb Al store. Every other visit our order is screwed up. There is one lady that works in the morning that gets it right. The others act like they don't care. I'm not the only one who has had this problem.

Slow slow slow service. How long does it really take to recook an already precooked item or fry fries? I live nearby this location. Its such a disappointment each time I go. But at times I enjoy FASTFOOD. Oh and don't get me started about staff.....terrible experience each time I go. Maybe I'll just start grabbing a burger and fries from the INLAND STORE instead.
