during my stay in the hotel to the breakfast. really everything they could ask in a 4-star hotel. the personal was friendly. design of the space and space between the tables could be a little better, otherwise really no complaining! View all feedback.

Reasonable price around 16 GBP for buffet breakfast by Oz standards. We had breakfast with BM. SK had driven from Lancashire. We had the full breakfast. Scrambled eggs were dairy laden with cream. The bacon were slightly thick cut. There were boiled eggs always a good offer. We had decaf with hot milk. SK had porridge toast. The service was good and we had a quieter spot in the restaurant. "I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and was given a collection time of 6pm. I was there to collect at 6pm and had to wait half an hour for the food. I understand that if it’s busy then food can take longer but they had my phone number and email so they could have told me. They weren’t apologetic and if anything, they seemed surprised that I was unhappy. Foolishly I didn’t ask them to check the order before I left. I got home to discover that one of the items ordered was missing and the samosas were meat instead of veg. It was actually the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had."
