"We have eaten there many times, the food is always delicious. Very good pizzas, tasty big burgers (it would be nice if there was an additional option to choose a butter roll). But so many times we've been and had great food, almost every time there was something wrong with the service. For example today we were ordering pizzas, some of the ones ordered for our table were small but there were also ordered large ones. One big one was made as a small one, the service had attention, I asked for the compensation. we were told that the matter would be clarified, unfortunately, until the end of our stay in the premises, no one bothered to do it and we had no more time or desire to sit there. Another example with my family we ordered several dishes, 3 out of 4 people got, ate, and the 4th dish has not left the kitchen yet. It turned out that he had been forgotten... and each time something..."
