Great food at a fair price. Staff is always nice and the store is always clean. The only issue I've ever had is how hot they let it get inside during the summer lol. View all feedback.

What Juanita Scott doesn't like about Ninja Japan:
1st Time here, placed online order at 8:57pm, they close at 9:30pm. I get here told no online orders since 5:29pm, I show him my order confirmation, even go back to website and pull up the order and show it to him. He takes a picture of the order and confirms it's their website. I show him the funds were taken out of my bank account and he just says again they don't have the order. I ask how I get my money back and he says if he had the order he would cancel it for me but since he doesn't I'll have to dispute it with the bank. No offer to make the food or anything, I said this was my 1st time here and will be my last because I'm out my money and have no food either. Avoid this place unless you plan to pay in person and bring a copy of your order for verification.
