My deliveryman was so friendly and personal today. My food was hot and in perfect condition when it arrived. In the rain and everything he was still polite and should have been at work for the night, but went out his way to help with my delivery. I couldn't be impressed anymore. View all feedback.

I drove up to pizza hut in smithfield nc today around 6:25pm. Got out only to find door locked. According to nc fire code doors are to be unlocked during business hours. So i decided to go to drive thru and was told i had to order by phone. If they were busy i can understand but no one in line and a couple inside i couldnt understand.
