"Not cheap, but you get what you paid if not anymore. Read the menu carefully; I didn't know with my own combination option I would get miso soup salad I got a box for 2/3 of my sushi plate! Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful staff. Nice little hole in the wall!"

"I definitely want to give them a big shoutout for catering my dinner with a few hours notice. They went all out with the menu and we had so much food leftover even after everyone got a to go bag! Everyone was raving how amazing the food was. Souper Pho is definitely hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The food is delicious and as authentic as it can be. The owner has a lot of soul and you can tell how much he loves his restaurant and the customers."

"Friendly and efficient service for lunch. I had the sushi and hibachi lunches... Don't judge me The lunch includes a soup or salad. I got both. They were both pretty terrible. The salad was an iceberg mix with a creamy dressing that I was not a fan of. The soup was miso, probably the blandest I've tasted in awhile. The sushi was better than I expected. The rice for the nigiri was exceptional. I upcharged to change the Cali for salmon avocado. I had the steak and scallop hibachi. The steak was cooked to order and the scallops were nice. Mixed vegetables were okay. Rice was okay. Overall fairly average experience. The service was friendly and overall ambience was nothing special. They offer a military discount as well. I would return, but wouldn't go out of my way."

"It's food.. not good food but, it's food. Bbq pulled pork looked like grey goop. It appeared they used water and a stove top to reheat older pork butt. Long wait times. Restaurant has an out dated low budget appearance. Staff could care less. Kitchen is definitely not clean. as witnessed by looking through the kitchen door as it was left propped open) won't eat there any more."

"Delightful dinner with a friend; the staff continued excellent, food was excellent and the place continued a warm, friendly neighborhood feeling. The front door is still difficult for my wife's wheelchair, but the place is worth the effort, and they promise that they will eventually fix it. I recommend the bread pudding dessert, but save space."
