"I?ve been to this location so many times but this time I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself. What a great down to earth individual...I was with my mom and 2 kids and learned a lot about him in the few minutes we were there. "My family and I (vegan) love Sobol. All their smoothies and bowls are vegan without honey, but I don't think their waffles are. They offer vegan protein to add smoothies and have a variety of toppings for shells. They have three types of shells; açaí, Pitaya and green. You also have coffee what I heard is good. What I really enjoy about Sobol is that her granola is homemade and completely vegan and they also offer nut-free granola! The only cons are the prices and the fact that it is not completely organic."
