"I have visited Jose's Kitchen several times and there has not been one thing I've ordered that disappoints. They give you big portions for what you pay for and the service is always nice. Every chance I get when I'm in Smyrna, Jose's is a must! I'vedined in and ordered take out and both have been amazing experiences. Their Jose's fried rice and chili mango shrimp are acouple of my favorites. From their appetizers to their churro dessert are really good."

"The food is amazing but there have been so many times I am waiting in line to order and there are two people making the bowls. One will be helping the people in line while the other is making online orders. Perhaps, clearing the line and then focusing ononline orders would be more efficient? If you don't want to wait, just order online so you don't have to be ignored."

"The iced vanilla latte is always on point. The loaded tacos are fantastic every single time and the salsa takes them over the top. The hot chocolate for my kid was mostly milk, but I added a little chocolate syrup and she liked it just fine. I definitely recommend this place!!"

"I LOVE THE FOOD! But? things have begun to go downhill at this spot and even worse now after the remodel. Before the lines were quick, customer service was superb, but now? the wait time is TERRIBLE even though they have two lanes now. What they should do is designate one lane for mobile orders, and one lane for regular orders. If this place doesn?t get it together, I?m afraid we will start to see more and more bad reviews. Also some of the employees before were always courteous, but that has slowly begun to change. I really hope management is reading these reviews."

"My Mother in law was turning 75 she requested hot chicken for dinner. I never tried Mack?s before was excited to check it out. I called ahead and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful. She let me pre order what I needed which made it soconvenient. She let me know everything is made to order so it would take approx 30 minutes. When I arrived, my order was notquite ready. They offered to let me relax in my car they brought it out to me. The food was delicious the staff was veryfriendly. Just a heads up?don?t order hot if you don?t like it hot! We tried medium and hot and both are awesome. We willdefinitely support this little restaurant again. ????????"
