"When order is filled on South Lowry location, it is great. Almaville Rd is a big disappointment. Okra was not even warm but the fish had little and no crunchy coating. No flavor. 2nd time for this location and will not order again."

"This was my first time trying this restaurant and needless to say that I will NOT be returning. The crust of my Sicilian cheese was overdone to the point where I couldn?t even finish it. As you can see from the pictures that I could only eat the topping. I?m beyond disappointed and it ruined my appetite for the evening."

"I love Barr's Music City Soul Food. I often get it directly after work. I have no idea what happened with my order. The Smothered Pork Chops were terrible. They were overcooked, dry, cold as hell... and the gravy was congealed and never melted. It was never anything but a gel regardless of heat or water added or whatever. I shouldn't have eaten it. The macaroni and cheese was decent. The dressing was dried crumbs, and they did not put any gravy on it. I'm not gonna lie. I was grateful for the lack of gravy. The Peach Cobbler was the only thing that was hot, and it was fairly peach less. They included another dessert at no extra charge, and that red velvet cake was delicious. The roll was fine and they included a cornbread muffin which was decent too. I'll give them another chance IN PERSON so I can see what's good and what looks old. I feel like my plate was frozen and they had to defrost it. Soggy and pretty bad overall. They have a good track record with me, so this time... they're forgiven."
