Thank you to your staff for getting us to move promptly at lunchtime today. A loud crash onto the table of a blue plastic container to load our plates and cutlery did not leave us feeling particularly comfortable. This was repeated at the adjourning table. Approximately 1pm. In addition my friend's short black was delivered cold and the replacement not much better. Disappointed. read more.
