Planet Smoothie - Snellville

Got here on a thursday afternoon at 3pm, went inside to order and they told me the register wasn't working to order in the drive thru. We proceeded to go thru the DT and the guy told us it will be a 5 minute wait to take our order. A minute passes and tells me another 5 mins will be added so 10 minutes in total. I asked why and he responded with we have a lot of drinks to make. I understand they might have door dash beverages but inside and outside were empty. This was so unacceptable and sad.

Was told to go through drive through at 7pm … website doesn’t indicate they close the lobby early. Girls working there were heard cackling and having a good time while i was trying to order. Poor customer service…

The ladies were very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit

This location has one person working and she was just outstanding and amazing very detailed in what she was selling me and even recommended power shots that I was so I love with just 10/10 experience
