So excited about my cake pickup today. The manager Sean is such a personable guy and I just watched him worry about questions or things that brought his attention from customers and simply with great customer service. Sean was very attentive about what went on in the restaurant and quickly took care of these things without expecting someone else to do it. I love that absolutely and I definitely come back to eat. Slowest service ever. It took an hour to get a server to take our order. Then wait a long time for our food. Our fast lunch was over two hours! Unacceptable. We had to get back to work. The prices rose, but the food portions went down. The food tasted good, but everything else was bad. I felt they didn't take care of ensuring that the customer waited in time.
