Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Customer service is good. Last couple of times the chicken sandwich bread was so thick over boiled I couldn't eat it, so now I just ordered salads or offers. Had to update the rating on 5 star pictures of my last order. Fast fresh

The first time in this place! Food was good as always fresh and tasty but what our experience in this place was exception was Rebecca! From the moment we came to the restaurant, she felt like at home, her energy and enthusiasm is Fenomenal! We need more people like Rebecca, she really made us welcome! Thank you Rebecca!

The food is prepared as usual, so I like to come here, the consistency between the places. My only complaint is that if I asked to have replaced the bread that comes with the salad with celery and carrots, I was told that this is not an option and I could just get the salad without the bread. See, this situation is a little lacking in customer service, as I have been close to numerous Zaxby locations and all were more than happy to submit my request. I am aware that it is a minor complaint, but I think that should be an official option at all locations. A total of 4 stars, food is a 5, customer service is a 3.

Friendly staff but very slow. It took 30 minutes to receive our order after ordering. I'm not sure if this is the norm but be prepared either way.

This may be lost in the sea complaints for here, but I really pray that whoever's in charge and I mean- head of this zaxbys location, wipes management clean. The terrible customer service is a reflection of those in charge, and clearly those overlooking these terrible workers and HIRING them aren't in the right mind.
