Steve's Doughnuts was the most unexpected snack I had in a recent state visit to Washington. It's a tiny business belonging to a family. They mainly send orders in the morning, but they have a small storefront that accepts walk-ins. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut. It was big, fresh and even the icing was warm.
