The restaurant that preceded this was extraordinary, everything was good. It's not like that, but I had the best hamburger I've ever had tonight. As my mother-in-law would say, for dying. And super staff smile attentively and knowledgeable. The Louisiana connection left. Last year or so, the Cajun aspect was slim and shrunk. Also the name has changed, it is called The Village Tavern.
