Starbucks - Snowshoe

Absolutely love coming to Starbucks at Snowshoe, my daughter and I drive 30mins to come up here and enjoy the amazing drinks. The staff is always friendly and very polite, they are also very knowledgeable, they recommend the best drinks! Ask about the Chocolate Mousse Iced coffee, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband is Deaf and we went into this Starbucks yesterday to get coffee. We entered and got in line with our masks on. When my husband and I communicate in Sign Language, we have to pull down our masks to communicate. A barista yelled at us over the crowd of people in line and all the other baristas to wear masks. I replied he is Deaf. When we got to the front to order, I told them we need to pull our masks down to communicate. They started arguing, 3 baristas yelled and argued about the masks, and a couple customers joined in, and the attendant pointed to us to leave and said kick out. She never pulled down her mask to talk, so we didn’t understand. We filled a complaint against this Starbucks with ADA. We also told Snowshoe HR.
