Good experience at Sushi Blue, we got there about 40 min before closing and the server was not happy with us. We did order quickly and made every effort to get out quickly. The food was very good and we spoke with a regular local whom offered a great selection of food items. I had the pinapple mohito which was much bitter than expected but very good. Average sushi, with average to low amount of fish (ordered rolls). Arrived lunchtime with no other customers; service was slow. Minimum tip amount offered on payment device [without manual calculation] is set at 18%, higher than U.S. standard of 15% minimum server held device awkwardly during payment process.
